How to Whiten Skin Naturally

How to Whiten Skin Naturally (ok let’s try this)

Discolored skin due to excessive tanning or random skin blemishes could have a strong impact on your appearance and could result in lowering your self-esteem. Fortunately, there are several ways to naturally lighten your skin tone without using potentially harmful chemicals that doctors warn us about. Make your own homemade skin bleach mixture from 100% organic ingredients. The following skin lightening recipes will show you how to whiten skin naturally.

1. Papaya and Honey Mask  (Alright I got this stuff)

Try this organic, healthy skin lightening mask made from natural papaya and honey.

- Take one extra ripe, small to medium papaya and thoroughly mash it up in a bowl
- Add one tsp. of raw honey and one tbsp. of fresh lemon juice to the mix
- Mix thoroughly and apply the fresh paste wherever you want to lighten your skin - face, neck, or any other area you desire
- Leave on for a minimum of 5 minutes while it works its magic
- Rinse completely and pat dry with a towel

2. Lemon, Milk, and Honey Mask (ok you should start feeling clean)

Start by mixing together:

- Fresh lemon juice, powdered milk, and a bit of honey depending on the size of the area you want to lighten
- Thoroughly mix until the powdered milk has completely dissolved and turned into a solid paste
- Apply the mix to your neck, face, shoulders or anywhere you want to revitalize and brighten your skin tone

Use the mask several times throughout the week if you like. It has amazing nurturing, rejuvenating, and cleansing properties that you'll want to use over and over. Just to be safe, do a patch test before applying to make sure none of the ingredients react to your skin negatively.

3. Dandelion Ointment Treatment ( oh yea the healthy part)

Dandelion leaves are an excellent way to lighten skin naturally. For this treatment, you'll need a bit of patience since it may require a few applications to see results. However, over time, it will effectively lighten age spots, sun-kissed freckles, or any other noticeable blemishes as well. The concoction itself can be produced in various ways and even purchased in specific shops or pharmacies. But if you're in the mood to try and make your own special blend and also save a little money along the way, here's how to do it and what you'll need:

- Chop up about 1/4 cup fresh dandelion leaves and soak them in castor oil approximately 2 weeks
- Strain them and use every day if you like

You may also prepare a full-bodied chamomile and dandelion tea by letting it sit overnight. In the morning, simply strain and then apply to larger skin areas. Save your herbs and use them to lighten darker skin spots by patting them into the area. Let them completely dry before rinsing them off.

4. Oatmeal and Fresh Tomato Mask (congrats you're there)

Another way to naturally bleach skin is to use an oatmeal and fresh tomato mask. Not only will it thoroughly cleanse your skin, it will naturally brighten and exfoliate it perfectly. It's ideal to use after summer when skin starts to appear blotchy and discolored from a summer tan.

- Mix together oatmeal and fresh tomato juice until it becomes a paste
- Liberally apply wherever you like and let it dry
- Rinse and gently pat skin dry

Natural, organic skin lighteners are a great alternative to commercial chemicals to achieve goddess-like skin. While they may require a bit more time, in the end the results are virtually the same - and your skin will thank you.

I hope you really got the results you wanted but just remember repetition is key to your fantastic results . happy skin care my friend!
